Thank you for purchasing an XYZprinting product. Our products are made with a commitment to quality design. To ensure your best experience with our product, we advise you to read the the quick guide that was included in the package and the instructions in the software. To receive updates and warranty coverage information, you should register the product at

http://www.xyzprinting.com/us_en/XyzProductSerialNumber within 30 days of purchase.

If warranty service is needed, please contact your original seller or submit a ticket via the XYZprinting website. If you would like to learn more about the warranty services, please log on to www.xyzprinting.com, select your region, and select “Support” > “Product Warranty,” where you can find complete details of all the warranty terms and conditions.

With any request for warranty service, you must provide the product name, serial number and proof of purchase. To protect your warranty rights, please request the dealer to fill in the product information and purchase date on this warranty card. Please keep the warranty card in a safe place; if lost or destroyed, a new one will not be issued. Please present this warranty card if you require any warranty service for any covered defects in the product that arises during the warranty period.

Please retain all original packaging material that came with the product. If warranty service is needed, please ship your product with the original packaging. Shipping without the original packaging material may cause product damage during the shipment and may result in additional service fees for which you shall be solely responsible.

IN ALL EVENTS, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF XYZPRINTING FOR ANY PRODUCT DEFECTS OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING THEREFROM WILL NOT EXCEED THE END-USER’S PURCHASE PRICE FOR THIS PRODUCT, PLUS ANY NECESSARY EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE END-USER BUYER IN REQUESTING WARRANTY SERVICE.
